Send a watchlist (or target sequences). We’ll return a deterministic, exec-readable posture report plus a machine summary across two corpus snapshots (baseline → delta → actions).
Interpretation guardrails are baked into the artifacts so similarity alerts can’t be confused with legal conclusions.
To generate your Snapshot Drift Run, we need
- 1.Target sequences / watchlists (FASTA or IDs).
- 2.Two corpus snapshots (or one snapshot now + a second snapshot later).
- 3.Your review workflow (who triages HIGH/MEDIUM, and what “actionable” means).
