Privacy
Last updated: January 8, 2026. This policy covers the omnisgenomics.com website and our public docs/demos. For paid pilots and enterprise deployments, data handling terms may be governed by a separate written agreement.
What we collect
- Contact requests: name, email, company, optional phone, and any details you include in your message (e.g., workload, baseline tools).
- Basic request metadata: IP address and user-agent may be captured for rate limiting and to reduce spam.
- Usage analytics: page views and event telemetry (e.g., CTA clicks) to understand what content is useful.
Please do not send sensitive personal data (including protected health information) through the public contact form unless a written agreement explicitly covers it.
How we use it
- Respond to inbound requests, schedule conversations, and scope pilots.
- Operate and secure the site (spam prevention, abuse detection, and reliability).
- Measure and improve product pages, docs, and proof artifacts.
We do not sell contact data or personal information. We also do not run third-party ad retargeting on this site.
Sharing and processors
We use a small set of subprocessors to operate this website and contact workflow. Depending on configuration and deployment, these may include: hosting/infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and email delivery providers.
- Analytics: Plausible Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
- Email delivery: SendGrid and/or an SMTP provider used to route contact form notifications.
We share data only as needed to operate the site, comply with law, or protect our users and systems.
Retention and security
We keep contact submissions as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. We apply reasonable security controls appropriate for a public-facing website (rate limiting, validation, and access controls).
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your contact submission by reaching out through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
