Send us a small dataset (or point us at public reads) and we will return a proof bundle: VCF + metrics, container digests, determinism checks, and a reproducible rerun script.
If a rerun differs, it is visible. If the numbers do not beat your baseline, you will know quickly.
To generate your proof bundle, we need
- 1.Dataset type + size (FASTQ, BAM, CRAM, VCF).
- 2.Baseline runtime + hardware (what you run today).
- 3.Success criteria (speed, determinism, drift, accuracy).
