LocusTrace Review Console

Review patent evidence without touching the CLI.

A sober evidence-review console for analysts, counsel, strategy teams, and consultants. It routes users into decisions: what needs review, why it matters, whether the packet verified, what is covered, and what disposition to record.

The console ships with verifiable review artifacts.

The download is not just a page. It includes source data, a disposition ledger sample, a reviewer-packet sample, and the static-console verification artifact so technical evaluators can verify what the reviewer saw. The starter now includes loadable mRNA litigation, sequence packet, and PTAB bundle datasets for `Load review data JSON` in the offline console, plus Dataset status, Ledger hash visibility, and a Demo complete handoff with a copyable follow-up note and hosted follow-up form link.

START_HERE.html

Browser-first guide that routes reviewers to the console and sample report.

review-console.html

Static non-technical queue and evidence-review workflow.

open-review-console.command

macOS launcher for opening the review console first.

open-review-console.sh

Linux launcher for opening the review console first.

review_console_sample.v0.1.json

Data contract referenced by the console hash.

examples/review_console_mrna_litigation.v0.1.json

Loadable mRNA litigation review dataset.

examples/review_console_sequence_packet.v0.1.json

Loadable sequence evidence-packet review dataset.

examples/review_console_ptab_bundle.v0.1.json

Loadable PTAB bundle review dataset.

review_disposition_ledger.sample.v0.1.json

Hash-chained reviewer decision sample.

reviewer_packet.sample.v0.1.json

Export shape for one reviewed event.

static_review_console.v0.1.json

Compiled console verification artifact.

Local CLI path

The GUI stays first; the CLI only verifies and opens artifacts.

Use `review-console` with the current public runtime. The `locus-trace` alias is available in newer source builds and will be the public command name for the same workflow. Both route to the same immutable console data, static HTML, and verification artifact contracts.

Current mirrored runtime
patentchecker review-console open --input <artifact.json|artifact-dir> --out-dir <dir> --no-browser
Newer source builds
patentchecker locus-trace open --input <artifact.json|artifact-dir> --out-dir <dir> --no-browser
90-second demo

Built around review decisions.

The console does not ask users to browse artifacts. It asks them to review one event, inspect the evidence, understand coverage, record a disposition, export a packet, and verify that packet against the source data.

[01]

Pick a lane

Sequence patent risk or public IP litigation intelligence.

[02]

Review one item

Read what happened, why it may matter, and why it appeared.

[03]

Inspect evidence

Open the drawer for source, retrieval time, packet status, and receipt.

[04]

Load or export local files

Load review data JSON, import a matching disposition ledger, export local decisions, or download reviewer-packet JSON.

First-run route

Review this public IP event in 90 seconds.

This is the route to put in front of a non-technical reviewer. It starts in the browser, uses the bundled mRNA litigation dataset, records one disposition, and ends with an exportable evidence trail.

DEMO-01

Review the sample event

Start with the public 90-second walkthrough before opening the full console.

DEMO-02

Open a live dataset

Use the hosted console or `review-console.html` from the starter ZIP for the mRNA litigation JSON.

DEMO-03

Make one review decision

Mark the event watched, escalate it, dismiss it, or flag a mapping issue.

DEMO-04

Export the audit trail

Download the reviewer packet or disposition ledger and verify the data hash stayed stable.

Expected proof points

  • Dataset status confirms the loaded JSON contract.
  • Item count and data hash stay visible during review.
  • Ledger hash changes only when the reviewer disposition changes.
  • Reviewer packet export remains tied to the source data hash.
  • Demo complete shows what was reviewed, what was exported, and the follow-up note to send Omnis.

Coverage shown everywhere.

  • US and WO sample patent-family records
  • Synthetic AA/protein sequence review lane
  • Public PTAB, RECAP, and USITC event examples
  • Corpus snapshot through 2026-05-10

Claim boundaries stay visible.

Review Console FAQ

What evaluators need to know first.

Start with who should use the console, how to inspect the workflow without local setup, and where the evidence boundary stops.

Who is the LocusTrace Review Console for?

The Review Console is for analysts, counsel, strategy teams, consultants, and technical operators who need to inspect patent and litigation evidence without using the CLI.

Can reviewers use the console before downloading the starter package?

Yes. The public sample event lets reviewers inspect the workflow in the browser first, then download the starter package when they want local datasets and export artifacts.

Does the Review Console make legal conclusions?

No. LocusTrace is informational evidence infrastructure only. The console shows source, coverage, verification, disposition, and export context; it does not provide legal advice, infringement analysis, freedom-to-operate conclusions, or investment advice.
